Vale View Apartment is a bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment for either 3 adults, or 2 adults and a child (plus travel cot for an infant) in Prestatyn’s former ‘Grand Hotel’ – The Royal Victoria, built in 1897 for the well-heeled visitors to this traditional spa town.

With a great view of the town and its mountain backdrop, the apartment is a mere stone’s throw from the beach, town centre, shopping park, and train / bus station, and is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay!
We’re also dog-friendly for up to 2 small / medium or 1 large well-behaved dog!

  The Old Wash House is a unique and snug one-bedroom hidden gem, built in 1870 as the laundry for the main house. Tucked away, yet still easily accessible on the coast road, it has its own little courtyard and private gated entrance and is only a few minutes walk to the town and beach!

In 2019, the original 8 foot wide laundry room was ‘cosified’ and extended to a grand 25 foot in length, to comprise a double bedroom, micro-kitchenette, dining ‘snug’, and a wet-room, plus a secure slated and gated courtyard for up to 2 small / medium well-behaved dogs!
